Yeah, I echo everyone's comments. Excellent work on those fixes. Funny how ideas come to you when you step away for a bit. Trust me, that made the resin cockpit on my 410 so much less stressful.

Thank you all. Now for the weekend update.

I had to work some seam issue, nothing bad just touch up work mostly involving Tamiya surface primer and a little sanding. Then I shot a primer coat and then reworked areas as needed. Then I pre shaded and then a the white top coat. I got the demarcation line a little low, one thing for sure I wish I had not installed the engines as yet. It's very difficult to work the paint on the inside of the plane and engines. Note to all who follow me and the same would go for the E-2C! all in all I'm pleased with the progress. I am awaiting the Gull Grey paint needed for half the kit. I have several jars but it is Testors enamel and it bothers my wife when I use it, and well, she feeds me so it's best to be nice to her, right?

Thank you all, here is an update, I've been a bit slow in doing updates but I've been working mostly the C-2 Greyhound.

I've been doing a lot of masking and shooting and masking ans shooting. I wish I would not have installed the engines till near last. It is near impossible to get paint and masking down correctly with them on. If you ever do this or the E-2C, hold off on the engines till near the last thing.

I finally got my gull grey in so I shot the fuselage side and then went back and shot the white on the bottom and then I've been trying constally to get the different panels the correct color. God bless the US Navy I wish they could chose a color and stick with it. The inboard wings underside are white with grey underside slats, the outboard wings are grey top and bottom except for the trailing edge whis is what and the leading edge which is black and every section that moves is red on the edges and inside. I would rather paint a camo scheme on a wwI german fighter!

Any way I did up the outer wings and shot primer on then and then I masked of the leading edge and shot the black, then I maksed of and shot the red, then I pre shaded the rest of the wing and masked of and shot the gull grey. Darn I'm tired just thinking about it.
