Question: if there is oil above, why not at bellow ? I mean in real life. Short as it was in a Meteor but still.
 
A coat of Winsor Newton Galeria Matt varnish. Some brush marks visible at certain angles so I reckon another coat needed.


I want to get some A3 colored art paper to make a backdrop for the final photos but I think I am nearly done.
 
Finished I think. Apart from putting on coat after coat of Vallejo Insignia White 71.279 it was an enjoyable build. I think I have achieved the effect I was after of a slightly grubby aircraft that was serviced on a muddy airfield in winter.

If I was to build the kit again I would fit some sort of engine. You wouldn't see much but at least there would be something other than an empty space.
