I've been plugging along, forgetting to take a photo now and then.
Surprised at how these parts go together, vurrrry nice!
I marked in RED a piece that needs care in attaching.
I put mine in ass backwards, front to back and it wouldn't allow the section to be installed.
I had to rip it out. Since I wasn't going to expose the bomb bay it dint matter.....!

M first "Do this, Not this"!
When you get to the ball turret, "Do This"
Hold the front glass part by the gun barrels.
There will be one painted piece glued in place First.
I used the Green label Tamiya Extra Thin Cement for this painted part, it doesn't fog the glass.
Then the barrels are set in place, the hole is tight enough not to have to use glue.
Then K5 in glued in place! Pre fit this piece, making sure all joining surfaces are flat for Extra Thin Cement!
Now here is the Do This. Hold the already glued up piece as shown, by the barrels with a clamping tweezer.
Not with your fingers or ETC will get all over them digits and then all over the glass................ SH!T!!!!!!
This turret glass seems to be the worst parts in the kit!

You're doing some great work there Bill.
You probably already know, but note that many, apart from some fittings etc. late B-17G's had the interior of the rear fuselage left in bare metal, apart from some fitting and bulkhead frames etc.
