Used this red permanent marker to draw the lips on the teeth. This photo also shows the material that I use to make the masks from. It is Oracal adhesive backed vinyl and I either trace or draw images and cut them out on my Silhouette Cameo 4 cutter.

Spent the last few days putting on tiny stencil decals mostly on the bottom. Since I scraped all of the olive drab paint off around the fuel filler caps I punched out the center of those decals and just used the part on the cap.

Dull coat is dry, started peeling of the masks on the clear parts...

Time for my tempra paint wash. I use the cheap tempra paints from the dollar store, black and red oxide mixed with water and a drop of dishwasher soap are painted over the surface and when dry wiped off with a damp paper towel. Here's the before and after photos.

That's a smart process, I like it.
Well not that smart, I should have waited to remove the masks for the clear parts as it needs another dull coat to seal the tempra paint, or it will stick to the fingers when moving the model.
