It's ripped apart and in the trash! What mods are you planning for the box?
Okay Woj!
I took Your sketches into Corel, which are soo close to scale really nice.
The pylon is a bit long for the Kit wing at the attachment point, a few mm is all.
I shortened it a bit to fit, then printed the page to isolate the profile.
Used my profile Thingy to give me the wing curve at the attachment point
and cut a piece of .78mm styrene, to finish the curve. I laid a piece of thin
sand paper on the wing and back and forth I matched the curve.
It's just going to take 7 layers to make the pylon 5+mm wide!!!!!!! Twice!!!!!!
I'll only shape two pieces, each onto 6 rectangles glued together and shape.
But I think it will work quite well. Can't thank you enough........

Haven't compared it to the gear leg. Tonight. But the pylons are glued up and one shaped!!!!!Glad you managed to fit the dimensions. I have forgotten to mention I made the diagram out of scale. Just estimated the proportions using pics to give you an idea on how it could look like.
The heigh of the pylon should be about the same as the length of the main part of the oleo absorber of the wheel leg. Below I have marked the dimension.
