The tail wheel had broken off and gone missing over the years so I had to fabricate a new one.
The strut is made up of plastic and steel rod while the wheel itself is made up of laminated pieces of plastic sheet cut out with a paper hole punch. The 2 outside peices were drilled out to make the rim, then a smaller hole drilled through to take the axel.
