Primer done and the cockpit sorted out, unfortunately the canopy is fixed so not alot will be seen when the masking comes off.
Messing around with pre shading but I will have to try again on another kit as nothing seem to come through( my first attempt )
First coat of Humbrol Met 56, nice paint to spray, I will select some panels and the rudder with a different shade.
Ordered some Ultracast diamond tread tyres hope they come soon!
Agree with all. Good to know the Humbrol 56 sprayed well - mine looked great on the tin lid, but went on very matt. Another example of current Humbrol quality variations !
A bit more progress decals going on and Ultrcast Wheels arrived today, nice detail even have the tyre valves
Decals presenting a few problems maybe due to age, some smaller details breaking up, so I was worried everytime I went to use one
luckily everything is in Black and White which is easy to touch up
