Theo Boiten's Nachtjagd Combat Archive 1943 Part 1 on p. 126 states that Maj. Holler was shot down while making his second interception of the night, probably a 149 Squadron Stirling at 0141 hours and that Holler's BF110E-2, coded G9+AD crashed at Duivendijke on Schouwen, Zeeland.

A P-47 in the Ardennes area on 17 December, 1944. His last victory was in an Me 262. While in JG-1, he served as wingman for Heinz Bär. Deceased 13 February, 1997.

German Wilhelm Markl from Burglengenfeld, non-commissioned officer of the "Erprobungs-Kommando XY", originated from Kampfgeschwader 100, this rare unit flew the Heinkel He 111-H "Padfinder", killed on May 8th, 1942 in an attack on the port of Chatham, England. Buried today in Brighton Borough according to the Association. 08-05-1942 Friday
