The airframe and sweep back on the wings looks right, but the Ar 95 had a round engine. That 'looks' like an inline. Again, it might be a prototype as the second prototype Ar 95 had a Jumo 210, so I've just found out. Hi Grant.
I'm 'withya' on the Arado Ar 95 V2 with the Jumo - registration D-OHEO.
The one on the right looks like the Heinkel He 114 V2 also with Jumo - registration D-UGAT.

Certainly an interesting photo then.
