It is the STZ-NATI-1TA (STZ) also marked as SKhTZ-NATI-1TA (KhTZ) that was manufactured as agricultural crawler tractor. The vehicles delivered to the Red Army were designated STZ-3. The KhTZ-T2G (HTZ-T2G) crawler tractor was the wood-gas propelled variant of the SKhTZ-NATI-1TA. There is no the G-19 wood-gas generator so IMHO that's the captured STZ-3-NATI (SKhTZ-3-NATI) or the standard civilian variant.
