As I previously mentioned in "new purchases" I recently bought what's needed to build a Fiat G.59 postwar fighter in 1:32 scale, I mean this bird:

It will be an "all aluminium" machine, as can be seen here on the two seats version at show on the Vigna di Valle Museum.

Initially I wasn't planning to start building it before September, because I'm still working on the Re 2005, but the temptation wast too strong for me to resist, so I wanted to see at leas haw the surgery worked, as you can see here:

I also purchased all dedicated colours, so soon I will start working on the cockpit too.

Cheers
Alberto

I did some work on this model as well, not much, just two pictures to show:

White items are the addition required for the conversion

But this one I will take it to my holiday place: if my grandchildren will let me some free time, I will work on it.

I also decided that my model will try to replicate this bird:

Hi,
no progress on my model, unfortunately: too busy with setting my holiday house and looking after grandchildren.
But I can show a couple of picture of the model done by Maurizio Di Terlizzi, the producer of the upgrade kit.

I hope that my model will be at least similar to that one.
Cheers

Hi everybody!
I did some progress on this model, not much because my family doesn't leave mee too much time for modelling.
Most of the work was about separating all movable surfaces and detailing the cockpit, here some pictures:

Looking good. But you have atteched these pictures incorrectly I'm afraid. There is a problem with displaying of them Alberto. Please upload them again.

Hi, thanks for your comment.
I had the suspect that something was wrong with the pictures, so let me try again.

No problem Alberto. Now all of them are diplaying correctly. That's a pity you didn't edit the post #16. You might have forgotten about clicking the button DONE when had finished uploading of images by INSERT LINE. So it would be enough to delete these invalid links from the post and upload them again. But now it is done and let's it be like it is.
