Aside from the silvering of the decals which didn't show up until I got it outside and the missing rearview mirror which I just flat out forgot to put on, I'm pleased. Please critique cause I have a long way to go yet. And my dumbass forgot to put finished in the title so if one of the mods would be kind enough to change that for me I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

I love it, great job :)

I dont see silvering! :)

That turned out great Brooks. The only thing I might have done differently was to add a bit more paint chipping and weathering but then I'm partial to making my models look a bit beaten up. However, every plane was delivered new and clean at some point so they did exist this way. I think you did a great job.

Thank you folks. It wouldn't have turned out with out all the help and encouragement. Bruce, it's a great kit, I have not ever done one that was this nice out of the box. Rogi, if you'll look at the second shot, the little decal just ahead of the side mirror and the one done next to the wing. there are more but it's harder to see them. Andy, I would have loved to have the time to try some weathering but I really needed to get it done and get on the Spit. I may go back do some small stuff but all the photos don't show a lot of wear except on the OD Green. It looks as if this craft was very well maintained. Thank you Terry, for the compliment and all the help sir.:notworthy: And Switcha, Florence, and Wildcat, Thank guys.

Very well done, Aaron. If you hadn't said anything about the R/V mirror, I would not have known. I like the flaps down...

BTW, I like them factory fresh, too.

Charles

Thank you Kevin and David, being only the second model in 28 or so years I like. Building and restoring cars probably has a lot to do with how it turned out. It has some faults, but once I get the short cuts figured out I think I can eliminate them,......maybe.
