Thanks George, I'll have a look at that.

Andy, a G-6 would be best, I have a Hasegawa in the stash. I have a ICM F-4 trop but was saving that for a desert scheme. Also have a K-4 so that's a posability.

I'm in a hurry I took more than a month looking for a profile 2 GV IAP in Leningrad or vicinity in 1944, all I find is in the spring of 1945 and seek a later date from 1942 to 1944, which is when benito aguirre flying in this formation.

the leader of the company was the pilot Capt.Pokrovsky

well i have sorted mine.
for a lack of Decals and not finding anything that stands out i will do Hartmann's Bf109 G-6 yellow 1, not very original i know but the decals come in the Academy kit !

and a P-39 in Russian markings.

Nothing wrong with that Karl!

F's seem to have more possibilities Glenn and forget the K. Keep it for GB 29. For a G-6, how about Black 2 as shown on this Montex sheet? Decals by Montex and Eagle Strike. You might be able to find some black 2's from someone but if you're fussy like me, you'll note that it's a bit of an odd shape.

Pictures of Black 2 and other interesting JG54 G-6s can be found here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/28092068@N03/sets/72157633476247996/detail/

After a kind offer by Karl for decals and then some research this morning on the Finnish I-16 I wanted to do, I found out that said aircraft had winter skis, so unless I can find some aftermarket skis, I am stuck doing a plain, boring Russian version. As this is a tiny kit, I hope to have it finished quickly and do a second aircraft.

Still not decided if....but anyway, one of those on the list;

13.03.42 , 2./KG 30, Ju 88 A-5, W.Nr. 3435, 4D+1K, Coast of Murmansk, Missing, Ofw. Hans Hermann (F) MIA Ofw. Walter Mans (B) MIA Uffz. Werner Pfülle (Bf) MIA Fw. Heinrich Schlüter (Bs) MIA....
I see that Profi Modeller does a A-5 conversion at about £17 in 1/32, is that enough the A-1/A-4 into the A-5....
Also have the D conversion from L'Arsenal....

Decisions, decisions....

Btw, some shows, for example, Pi.Qu 37 Ost/62 in locations, is that the quadrant or...?

and looked again after looking at all sides, I found that the plane was looking Yak 9 275 IAD 2 GV IAP on the northern front, benito aguirre shut up after making a bomber escort mission for Tallinn, is similar to this

sorry, I have not even made with a Yak 9.

so I changed something my presentation for the GB, the yak one I will another time, so therefore I will make a La-5-f franscisco Merono, or Ar-2, or a Tu-2, or a Me 109 G10 II.gruppe/JG7 1944 northern germany, or one Pt 2 Ju 87 or G2, or an I-16-24, or almost certain to make a VL myrsky II.

I have an AMAZING Finish Magazine with almost all their aircraft, if you need some photos from it and can wait a week or two, I'll scan and pm whoever pms me and requires the photos

It has everything in their arsenal including captured and repaired aircraft. Even the Barimov float planes

I'll be joining this GB with a Finnish Hawk 75A. I will be making the Hobbycraft kit in 1/48. I'll do either CU 574 or CU 580.

If I have time I might also get to Eduard's P-39 in Russian markings.
