Andy,David thanks for the kind words. I first did a standard RLM splinter with the a/b then sealed it with automotive urethane clear thinned down 30%-40% . Then I used a hairy stick to paint the Rlm79 squiggle in modelmaster enamel . The urethane clear allowed me to wipe off any mistakes with alcohol quickly and easily without upsetting the standard splinter underneath. My eyes still hurt tho ,lol
Huge thanks ! I was only able to do this technique because of the raised panel lines ,the recessed lines would have filled up with the clear and been lost.
nicely done NSGr 9 crate. actually there were NO D-7 or D-8's. what you are presenting is a D-5 with long rod 2cm mg151/20's and their flash hiders. NSGr 9 and all the NSGr's fited with Ju 87's had D-3's and D-5's in their line-ups.
