Very nice Marcel. I've read that using a flash in daylight will isolate the subject from the background, Haven't tried it myself as I tend to remember tips long after the fact.

I'm not a purist when it comes to scale, so I try different sizes. The lower two are Hornet mimic hoverflies, the models being about an inch in length. You figure out the scale I especially like the camo on the first model, I think it turned out pretty well. Although a luftwaffe pattern would have been cool as well.

Why? It's the best scheme you can have. I mean, imagine a Fokker G-1 looking like a grasshopper. Or a Hornet really looking like a Hornet? I think they should have offered me the job of designing cammo for aircraft.
