Nice ! I notice on the Bf109E, the modeller has painted - in the central frame on the canopy, which didn't exist, being sliding Perspex on the E. More research needed methinks !
 
I'm ignorant. Was the folding wingtips of the Zeke to accomodate existing Japanese carrier dimenensions? Seems like a lot of additional engineering and weight for little gain otherwise.

Yes to fit the Elevators, the Val and Kate also had folding wing (tips) being larger it was also for maximum storage below decks.
 
As usual, great looking models be they accurate or not, can't get over the tiny folding wing tip which may have enabled them to fit onto the deck lift, but would have achieved minimal saving in storage space.
 
The only other detail that is still not covered correctly is that the Zeroes had a Glossy finish! not a Matt finish.
