Melbourne Model Expo (2010)

[Wayne Little]

WW I subject....

[Airframes]

Very nicely done - especially if the wings are painted, and not a decal.

[Matt308]

Wow four bladed prop!

Suspect most likely decals....

[Crimea_River]

Cool.

[Airframes]

Even with decals, it still looks good. Don't see the Siemens Schukert very often, one of those lesser-known WW1 types.

[Wayne Little]

I had to look twice and then some to figure out what it was.....

[Gnomey]

Good stuff!

[Wayne Little]

another WW I subject....but I don't know what this one is...need someone to tell me..

[Gnomey]

Very nice!

[Airframes]

Very nice. Is that the old Revell 1/28th scale kit, of Roy Brown's ... whatchama call it... Wallabe or something? Some sort of strange animal, anyway !

[vikingBerserker]

Nicely done.

I believe it's a Sopwith Camel

[Matt308]

Camel or Snipe?

[Airframes]

Camel. Snipe was more bulbous, and a higher rear decking. It looks like the colours of Roy Brown's Camel, who was given credit for downing von Richtofen. And that's only because i built the Revell kit when I was about 12 !

[Wayne Little]

Thanks fellas I had no idea what it was and neither of the pics showed the ID card...

[Wayne Little]

Ok....Finger pulled out and a New category...this time Small Scale Modified.

First subject Japanese Biplane Ki-9 don't know the national markings?

This one took First Place in this category!

[Gnomey]

Nice one! Had a look for the roundel but couldn't find it anywhere (Roundels of the World , Homepage).

[Matt308]

For 1/72nd, that is VERY nicely done.

[vikingBerserker]

It's Manchurian and well done!

[Crimea_River]

Neat!
