This is an official navy picture from 1944 of a captured Shiden. I notice that your IJN green is a little off. I guess it is back to the drawing board.I for one will not be tricked by your lack of talent in reproducing this fine aircraft.

Wayne, that IS the paint I have been airbrushing on..!!
Weird that it looks orangy once applied..but again..might have to do with the green bachground..

yes weird, but it's not the first paint where the lid colour and the actual sprayed colour are or appear different....
