In the Ki-44 manual currently available at JACAR archives, the diagram pages regarding the radio is unfortunately missing.
No way but I have referred to the Ki-43 manual instead. The radio set and the rack might have looked like this in the Ki-44 fuselage too.

Army type 100 gun sight.
No exact data how to mount it in the cockpit but a sheet of rough sketch only.
It activates my imagination.
