Turned out ok? It turned out great!! I mean really great, fantastic work. What did you use to get such great finish with the silver?
 
Thanks to all of you for your kind words, the NMF was made with ALCLAD II paints, then over it i rubbed SNJ aluminum polishing powder, to get the real metal look
 
If the SNJ powder is still available, could you post the address of a supplier please? One of our American members was asking me about it, after reading my article on bare metal finishes. Since writing the article, I believe the SNJ products are now produced, or marketed, by a different company. They are no longer available in the UK, but I think are still around in the USA?
