No problem Aaron, I wish I had done better on that one, as you said it was my first try on a larger project.

Here is a shot I just took a few minutes ago of a Cal-Fire chopper flying over the house.

Some pictures taken at the Planes of Fame Saturday the 4th, they had a discussion on the B-25 and long range missions. The B-25 is "Photo Fanny". The gentleman leaving the -plane is Wilbur Richardson, he was a Ball Turret Gunner in a B-17, he flew in 30 missions over Germany and Europe and was wounded on his 30th mission. Mr. Richardson served with the 8th Air Force. Three lucky people won a ride in the "Photo Fanny", Mr Richardson was one and Wheels-up was another, you lucky stiff. My number never came close :( I don't know what the last plane is, can anyone ID. It just happened to be flying over so I took the shot :D

Thanks Gnomey and Aaron, greatly appreciated. Aaron I am kind of getting the hang of panning, but this was low and slow so not to bad. The first Saturday of next month will be another story, they will be flying the F-86.

Here is another burn on paper, my Daughter wanted me to do a bloodhound for a friend of hers. Her friend does Search and Rescue with Bloodhounds. Never done an animal before so I gave it a shot.

Thank you for your more than kind comments Shinpachi and Eric.

Thanks for the ID on that aircraft Eric, greatly appreciated.

I just finished this burn of a P-51, taken from a shot I took at the 2010 Planes of Fame Air Show. Hope you like :D

Thanks guys for the encouragement, I'm trying to dig up some old shots from air shows to use for my burns, maybe a P-47 or something flying over one of Aarons barns :D

Your first ones were excellent but you are getting better by the board sir!:notworthy: The dog is GREAT and the P-51 is spot on sir. I agree with Eric, the buildings add a sense of realism and period to the work. You have an eye for making the art look real and believable. You put just the right amount shading and contrast so that it is not over or under done. I really like it.

Thanks Aaron you are way to kind  I have been gone for awhile, but I just finished another one of your fantastic barns and added a couple of wagons. I'm working on a Corsair sitting on the deck of the Hornet now, just in the outlining and soft burn stage.
