Thanks guys greatly appreciated. I still have some shots of the West Coast Thunder to sort out from Memorial Day plus some shots of the Botanical Gardens at UCR, my son took me there for Fathers Day and really enjoyed it.

Great to hear from you Dave.

Cheers

Thanks fubar, greatly appreciated.

I'm just about finished with this Douglas SBD-5 Dauntless # 36, of VB-10, USS Enterprise. I still have to do some work on the ocean then she is done. I just wanted to see how it would look framed. Hope you like it.

Thanks Hugh, I like the looks of the Dauntless. I wanted to do one with it's dive breaks open but I don't have a good shot of one  Maybe if I find one I'll do another burn :D

The Planes of Fame discussion this week-end was on the Curtiss P-40N Warhawk.

Thank you Eric and Hugh for your great comments, it was a beautiful day for photography but it was a little hot on the asphalt.

Captured this beauty this morning, I believe it is a AH-1Z attack helicopter. I have never seen one till today, I wish I could have taken a better shot, it was awful high and a little hazy.

Thanks Eric, the exhaust is what really caught my eye. I thought that this is no Apache or Blackhawk, I had enough time to grab my camera which is always by the door and get a closer look.
