By the way, St Michaels Maryland is a small community on the Eastern Shore, almost due West of Easton, which is on Route 50. As I understand it, that F-104 originally was on display at a museum and aircraft restoration facility at the Kissimmee Florida airport, and which was savaged by Hurricane Charley in 2004. The facility was moved to Douglas, GA, where it later produced the famous XP-82 restoration. Presumably the remains of the displays were distributed around. I hope someone one gave the PT-22 they had hanging in their hangar, and which had a wing ripped off, as well as the Porterfield Collegiate, which was outside and could not have fared well.. Fortunately the B-17 they had recently restored escaped destruction.
