I recall in particular a drive I made between Sheppard AFB and Tinker AFB in the mid-1970's. Two fat girls in something like a 1965 Ford Falcon got on my bumper and I could not shake them. They were having the time of their life, talking and laughing with each other, about one car length back, focused on each other, and utterly oblivious to the physics of high speed vehicular travel. I slowed up and they slowed up. I speeded up and they speeded up. A B-52 and a KC-135 could have done no better. I finally got off the turnpike at Lawton just to get rid of them.Wholeheartedly agree with the insanity comment!
Indeed it is.I think the first one is an April Fool's joke.
Nah, their computer will get a divide by zero (0) error and they'll never be able to do the "new math" to figure it out.Nah. Some clever California bureaucrat will figure out the metric conversion and then we're all in trouble.
