I got a letter from Canada saying that an American died with no will or no known heirs, and since his last name is the same as mine I can be designated to receive his estate. It amounts to $46.5 Million dollars. This was not an e-mail and not from Africa but an actual real postal letter, so clearly it HAS to be legitimate!
