From the October 81 CAF news letter:
Submitted by Col. Chris Cox from A.O.P.A. Pilot magazine-
Perry Schreffler, a TWA senior captain, claims to have collected innumerable beers by wagering that, from the cockpit, he can back a B-17 into a parking space.
Not having reverse pitch props, the tail dragger is backed by locking the left brake, run up number one engine. The B-17 pivots to the right, the right main wheel rolls back.
Then , holding the right brake with the left released, number one at idle, run up number four.
Alternating this, walking the B-17 backwards.

I love AI and SGI so-o-o-o-o much! They even started making pictures of old men (like the most of us) building airplane models! Great, isn't it? Oh, wait, what is this guy doing?????

The model comes out of his chest! Cool! He's literally in labour!
(I would not comment on the decadent propellers and on the landing gear legs, coming out of two different positions - the guy is maybe a beginner....)
