Went into town today to get some extra oil-paints for weathering...naturally the trip included a small stop at the LHS.

I think it could have worked well in the heavy hitters build or something

I think the MC.202 Folgore also went up on the Want List a bit. The Italians sure had a few sweet looking birds in their inventory

Jan I have a very good book on the Ploesti mission with pics of just about every Liberator involved in it. Let me know which aircraft your doing and I'll have a look for it.
