Well, Squadron came through and I received my 1/2 price Eduard FW190A-8 and 4 sets of decal sheets for 2 bucks a pop. This was a bit of a surprise as I didn't get a shipping notice. Not complaining though!

Very nice Andy. I've been eying those P-47 decals but I would need to purchase another model and explain to the wife the difference the five D's I have for formation monitors and an M. Anyhoo...after watching Karl's(Rochie) Meteor GB and noticing the prototype option, I bought one and it arrived today.

I got the p-47M decals cuz I already have the Tamiya model and don't really want to use the kit decals. So when I saw this sheet for 2 bucks, it was a no-brainer.

Nice ones Geo! That 'third hand' is designed for soldering, have same myself. Not much use for soldering though... hope it's more practical for modelmaking!

Thanks Evan. I bought this in the wargamers section. I'm hoping to use it when I add detail to the cockpit and such. As noted in previous threads...my third arm is refusing to evolve.
