Now tell me........................ how does a kit get built OOB? Isn't that an impossibility?
Let's see, I could use the Dremel to gouge out the seat and give it more shape. Make a new back cushion out of my Crayola putty. Add some PE seat belts.
Slice the stuff off the cockpit side panels, add some sheet to the backs of the little ones. File the sides back on the big pieces to make them a little more 3D and glue them back.
The instrument panel, new sheet punched holes... hmmmmm

I've built the 109K and wile it's not Tamiya it's a nice fitting together kit. I have three or four other HC 109s in the stash and they all look to be the same quality.Thanks for the info Terry. I've always wondered about those Hobbycraft(shudder) 109s.
Me! I build OOB all the time…… at least I use to before I fell in with you lota special type of build practiced outside of Your's, Andy's, Vic's, Wayne and Terry's workshop, with an honorable mention to Glenn as well Bill !
