Yep, Royal Danish Air Force.
The bike looks like a Moulton, which had just been marketed around that period, in the UK. Perhaps the pilot bought it on an exchange visit, or UK airshow visit.

Hell with ditching 'em! Just put "ARMED - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL EXPENDED" seals on the tube caps. You never know what gems of creativity might emerge from the nether regions of the squadron shops. Those seals sure LOOKED official, and Customs wouldn't know the difference!
