Very nice work so far.
If you don't mind me making a suggestion - try to add the two bungess on the seat parachute containers (arrowed red in the pic below), and add a couple of coats of clear gloss to the crew's helmet visors. This will make a real difference, and bring the upper area of the seat, and crew, to life.
