Down at NAS Boca Chica we used to be visited occasionally by a Neptune or two from Gitmo, who always taxied with the plane captain (crew chief in AF parlance) sitting on the rim of the overhead crew emergency exit holding Old Glory aloft on a pole, legs dangling in the cockpit.
Don't know what it is with P2Vs, but the reserve outfit at NAS Memphis use to taxi their birds the same way, minus the flag. Those Lockheed brakes always squeal like they're about to die, and once the jets are lit off, they always seem to want to accelerate while taxiing at idle.
