Many thanks for checking in folks, hope your enjoying visiting Scotland.

This is Glenfinnan, the birthplace of the 3rd Jacibite Rising in 1745 led by Charles Edward Stuart in the hope of regaining the British throne from his father.

The monument of Charles Edward at the point where he landed in Scotland from Europe.

For any Harry P{otter fans this is the viaduct crossed by the Hogwarts Express. The rainbow is a magic bonus.

Thanks for checking in folks. From Glenfinnan we hopped on a train and headed back to the ship which unfortunately was now moored at Caol with disabled side thrusters, they had sucked in some flotsam (rope I believe), so the rest of the trip was done either by coach, ferry or train. As compensation, all drinks we had consumed or would consume for the rest of the tour would be on the house. Back to the train ride, this took us over the huger viaduct and onward to Caol and dinner. Next day we were ferried up the Caledonian Canal to Lock Ness.
