Ok, my next Award winner dates back to 2002.

Hasegawa 1/32 Scale Messerschmitt Bf109G-6 in the well known markings of Leutnant Erich Hartmann, Staffelkapitan of 9/JG52 , in Russia, October 1943.

This 109 took first place in the Large Scale Prop Driven Aircraft category in the South Australian Model Comp in 2002 and First Place in the Large Scale Open Class in the Australian Model Expo in Melbourne, 2003.

This model was built basically straight out of the box, using the kit decals, with a few minor additions.....
