I have the same opinion on images they try to sell of historical monuments in UK. One picture of a castle my uncle was custodian of is taken from on top of the ovens, which is a prohibited area for visitors. If they can claim "rights" on an image, then the UK public can claim "rights" to image of their property sold by people who took the image by clambering on it with their hob nail boots. The upkeep of a circa 1000 year old castle is far more expensive than a digital camera..

Go to work and cough an sneeze on the management.

They stole a Dodge? Oh wait, I bought a Grand Caravan didn't I?

It usually hits during periods of uncertainty. Work is always a little slow this time of year and that puts a strain on our finances. Plus I have a kid graduating and getting ready for college. Worry. Worry. Worry.

I understand, I have the same problems when it comes to uncertainty, not being in control, and certain memories or things that remind of specific events that happened. Talking about it is what helps me. I wish I had realized that 20 years ago…

Guys are good about not talking about things. Not good at all. I don't have anxiety problems but between the diabetes and the low testosterone levels I am always in danger of depression. Lucky is does not sneak up on me and exercise helps. I don't worry but also do care about anything. Wife was out of town last weekend visiting relatives and I did not even watch Dr Who or any airplane shows. Thing will get better.

And the longer you keep it bottled up inside the worse it gets.

I understand completely, hang in there buddy, you know we're all here for you, keep a positive attitude eh? Easier said than done I know but I think we can all relate.

Don't know if your religious or not and I don't generally get all biblical and I'm not preaching so please take it in the spirit it is intended, but Matthew Ch. 6 v 25-34 speaks to worry, trust me, I've read that over and over during my life.

Not sure if this will help, though I do find Stoic approaches work for me:
