My beautiful Gibson Les Paul Gem series sapphire fell and the paint got damaged. As this is a rare sapphire blue Gibson, restauration is hardly possible.
Checked what their reply is and from what I gather is that you have to find an authorized repair center. They will not assist in DIY repairs.So after my guitar broke, my looppedal crapped out. But what is most annoying is that it seems to have been designed to be unrepairable. I only had it for 2 years. What really makes me angry is the following on the manufacturer's website:
