A bit of trivia for Task Force. The actor Wayne Morris, who portrayed a torpedo plane pilot & F6F pilot, is the only Hollywood actor who is a real WW2 ace. Flying F6Fs, he is credited with 6 victories, some sources give 7 as the number downed. He was an actor prewar, joined the USN, then came back to acting in movies.

Nice bit of trivia there. Thanks for that. I love both of those, especially Air Force. I still get goose bumps watching those shark tail 17Ds take off. Now I need to find my disc and watch it. Lol.
 
I finally saw the latest version of Dune (Well, Part 1). I reallly enjoyed it. Splitting the story into 2 movies allowed the story a bit more time to develop and play out, compared to the '80's version. Not-so-coincidentally, it will also double the box-office......
