The 1/144 D3A1 and B5N2 have their first coats on. The canopies were a challenge. I took the extra canopy from the Bandai and put it on the resin Aichi. They need some touch up.

Going to have to make some machine guns for rear gunner.

Looks the same, nothings changed.
My ones Bill? Last pics here of my Swordfish were about 14 years ago when fresh painted (but incomplete). Fast forward 6 years and my then 2 year old son taking it for a walk to the shops...tripped on a paving stone and landed straight on it, breaking off the top wing, cracking the fuselage in half, and damaging wing tips and tail wheel...it will never be what it was originally, what with filling repairs and trying to touch up paint again, but it is on the way to looking more or less 'ok' again :)

Nice work Jesse. An amazing job on the canopies, especially considering the scale.

Thanks. I was surprised at how well it went together for being as small as it is.
