Hello Modeler Smackers, how are you doing!

I know for a fact out there enginees for 1/72, 1/48 and 1/32 are resin made and available from your favorite model supply store, in my case on this Prototype the engines wil not be displayed so, I am using the kit's with just a little modification on the back of the the Allison V-1710-11/15 C-Series Piccies included.

By the way the booms I had to chop off the bottom of the air intakes and apply lots of styrene and do a lot of sanding to recreate the slimer look of the prototype.

Have a nice evening!!

Jerry

Hello Mike,

Thanks for the pictures!!

On what magazine do the come from? I really like them!!!

Jerry

nice ! Such a sleek machine must have looked very futuristic and impressive back then. Compare it to the other aircraft in the shot, and it looks like it's from a different world.

Hi Guys!

This side of the Pond everything is A OK!

Hope you fellows are doing well, I will be posting pictures either today or tomorrow, after a few minutes of cursing and choice words do to slashing a finger with knife (cooking not modeling) I took yesterday and this morning off modeling.

Nothing that a few shots of Tequila and brewskies will take care of it!

He-he, the slash must say lots about my cooking!!

Have fun guys!

:drinking:

Thanks Mike,

They really look great!

I will be posting my progress on this plane

Thanks for you help!

Hi There!

Here is my progress so far, fuselage including work on Booms and cockpit is under way, need to work on the retractable vents front and back of booms.

The Turbo-Supercharger waste gate has been mounted to the front of the booms along wth all the plumbing.

Off to complete the rest today and tomorrow and it will be ready for painting!!!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

PS: I almost forgot, it is not on these pictures but the Control Yoke which is a complete wheel will be featured on the cockpit, I just have to finish other little details on it and it will be done.

Cheers!
