Jul 1, 2020 #1 WARSPITER Tech Sergeant 1,823 3,719 Oct 23, 2007 Different campaigns in different areas during the war put some planes together as a pair where they worked together very well. For the Battle of Britain the Spitfire and Hurricane are a famous pairing and a favourite for many. The P51 and B17 also fit this well. How many others were there and which are the real favourites ?

Eastern front. Best German and Russian pairings ? 3. MTO ? Bets pairing for the SM 79 in the anti shipping role ? Was the BF109 the pairing for the Stuka early on ?
