Not much to report on progress. I have begun adding a gloss black coat using Tamiya Gloss Black in preparation for the bare aluminum top coat to come. Doesn't look like much but I can post some pics if you guys wish.

A small update today.
Masked the canopies, painted the tires Mr. Color Tire Black, put a gloss black coat on the Hien(in preparation for the natural airframe metal paint to come) and sprayed some Mr. Color Orange Yellow for the Wing I.D. stripes and also added the tail wheel after giving it a shot of primer.
