Just got back from a service school so sorry for the long absence. Anyway...while away I whipped up this Blackhawk instead of studying like I'm supposed to.

Geez, I can't remember for sure. Must have been late 90's. We lost our B-1's due to unit reorganization in 02. 96 or 97 sounds about right.
