I did have this at one point. It is the memorial note from Jack Nicklaus's last tournament at the Old Course in St Andrews. I will tomorrow post some notes that I collected on my travels (Madagascar and Tanzania).

I don't think so, but I would have to dig them out. Unfortunately, they are buried in the back of the hall closet with the other coins and bills. When I get to them, I will have a look.
