Hi boys,
I can almost see the checkered flag.




Prop, position lights, pitot tube and ventral tank are at their places.




I added the ventral tank mostly for optical reasons because I wanted to close the large gap between the under carriage legs.




On the other hand the 109 H1 did some reconnaissance flights over GB. Nothing a 109 could do without extra fuel. so the system had to be tested on V- aircrafts.




Have to do yet the position light at the tail the middle part of the canopy and the antenna.

At last I found some time to finish the kit.



A 109 on wide spread legs.



Pilots who flew versions of the "H" were pleased by its flight characteristics but experienced wing flutter at high speeds.





The 109 H says Good Bye.
