Don't think I'd want to be that low and slow in a diamond. Not a heavy bird, from what I've heard. Kinda light and down low the winds are all over the place.

I've buzzed coyotes in the middle of the desert and over flew people that I knew, again in very sparsely populated areas. After 9-11 and the latest IRS "aerial attack" you would think this idiot would think about his actions. You heard some of those people in that clip. These days when people see any type of low flying aircraft they'll immediate think something is wrong, especially the "non-flying" public.

I hope they permanently revoke this guy's certificate.
