Thanks Geo, I count myself fortunate. I don't live where I used to or you folks would get tired of seeing aircraft photos. But I am about two miles from the airport when I am at work so from time to time we get a few military pieces running touch and goes.

Thanks guys. Vic, it's a millipede I think and if it feels threatened it will roll up like a sow bug.

Good pics Aaron. Always have to remember which way the legs face on Millipedes and Centipedes (one faces forward, the other to the rear) - get it wrong when you go to brush one off bare skin, and you can end up with nasty scratches which easily get infected.

Thank you Merv, I was using my old trusty 18-55. I want more depth of field than the 50mm will allow.
