:salute: Yesterday at the museum, they did a Pearl Harbor commemoration and flyovers. I got to meet 2 PH survivors and a survivor of the Bataan Death March. None of them talk much about their experiences, which I fully understand. But to have them there was a great experience.

My wifes grandfather was there. He didn't talk about it much at all, but the whole family knew the story of how him and his best friend were running for cover. Then a bomb dropped and landed just behind the best friend, which blew him all over my wife's grandfather. He always got a very deep, sad look on his face when he told that story, but wouldn't ever say much of anything else.

:salute:
