Scrubbed up the resin prop sent by Cory. I had to fill some pits in the castings with primer paint and sand smooth before assembly and painting. A coat of Future is now on for the decals.

Also attended to were the blue formation lights on the wings, the red, green, and orange ones on the underside of the wing, and the whip antenna installed behind the sliding canopy, which was also glued in place.

Getting close to finishing now. More later.

Very nicely done Andy, and the lamps are the biz!
Just one thing (and I'm not certain on this), the lamp on the fuselage spine was normally white (I think a clear cover, with a 'pearl' or frosted bulb) on British aircraft. But I don't have any info regarding the Corsair fitment - however, Mustangs in RAF service, for example, had a 'white' light when fitted.

Thanks very much guys. Terry, I just now took pictures of my "Finished" thread and missed your input. However, I went back to my references and confirmed that there were instances of a blue dorsal light. Here's the Corsair II at the FAA Museum at Yeovolton:

And now, I'll go ahead and post the following pictures of my finished build. I'll kick it off with the finished propeller:

The finished exhaust area, all grunged up just how I like it.

And the rest of the shots from various angles:

That's it for this one. A big thanks to George (fubar57) and Cory (Catch22) for providing me with the decals and the resin prop, respectively, and to everyone who chimed in with their comments and encouragement!
