Aw shucks........

Made a jig to locate them straps.... had to think about This one!

I am cheating a bit tho. When I was doing machine design and drafting, I used to create jigs for welding assemblies. Keeping large plates located for baffles and stuff. So it's a bit second nature for me. But is something I enjoyed doing, making life easier for the welders.

Now to Super Glue 8 of these mothers up. Then I have to modify the rearward hanger for the fuse connector.

I sailor on. No bl00dy barrels yet!

***pics were too dark

Thanks again guys...... I sailor on.

To the fuse connector on the rear rocket hanger. I'm using a piece of 1.16 styrene rod (2) and using a sharp edged ellipse shape file (1) to file a small slot in (2). Holding the rod in clamp I apply s drop of glue and insert the hanger (3). I'll let this dry, trim it off and drill a .35 hole for the PE fuse connector at assembly. I'll do this to 8 of the 16 hangers and they will be the rearward hanger under the wing.

I think I'm thru fiddeling with these things now, I hope.
I need them barrels for the wings!
