Look! A worker at the Westland factory painted numbers on the inside or the engine necelles! You have to preserve that Wayne! Like the Smithsonian would. I wonder what they mean...this is such an exciting build!
 
almost right Jim...:D I decided to number the parts to ensure each bit went with the correct other bits, the inards are numbered on the bottom too, i just don't want to get caught out with sticking the nacelles on the wrong wings! ...I know someone did this!
 
ok most parts have the sprue joins riding onto the flat areas of the glue surfaces rather than straight up against the sides of the kit parts so as they are removed these raised join points need to be attended to and sanded flush with the mating surfaces. See the fuselage edges.

Now I have started on the cockpit.... to get things cracking...added a few etch bits to the cockpit floor only cause they are in the set, once painted they will be barely noticable...and got the Instrument panel done too...
